Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. International is something we hope to offer in a later season; for now, every order is dispatched to a US address.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, begin processing the same day. Orders placed afterwards, or over the weekend, are processed on the next business day. We don't dispatch on US federal holidays.

What it costs

Shipping is a flat $3.99 USD on every order, regardless of size. No thresholds, no surprises at checkout.

How it ships

Every order ships tracked. The carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) is chosen based on the destination and what's fastest from our fulfilment partner. You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves us.

Every order is dispatched from our US fulfilment partner, so domestic orders move quickly.

Address problems

If the carrier returns a package because the delivery address was incorrect or undeliverable, we'll get in touch to confirm and reship. A second shipping charge may apply if the original address was wrong at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days past the expected delivery window, email support@brandonrupert.com with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund.

We can't be held responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier disruption, or addresses provided incorrectly at checkout — but we will do everything reasonable to get your order to you.
